Join us on Sunday, April 28 for the FIRST EVER miniFun Run presented by Subway Restaurants!  The miniFun Run is complimentary to the Kentucky Derby Festival Marathon/minimarathon and gives younger runners a chance to participate in a running event geared towards them.  This is a non-competitive, non-timed event.

The route will feature a looped course which will start and finish in the same place.  The start line for all age groups will be near the finish for the Marathon and miniMarathon at Preston and Witherspoon Streets on River Road. There will be three separate distances in the miniFun Run:

• 3-5 years old -  50 meters
• 6-9 years old -  150 meters
• 10-14 years old – 400 meters (1/4 mile)

Registration is open to kids age 3 to 14 and includes a running bib, a tee-shirt and medal to each participant.  Please see race details below.

Online registration is no longer available. Please be on-site April 28 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am to register!

Entry Fees:

• Individual – $20
• Individual – $15 (with adult registration in the Marathon/miniMarathon, registration number will be required)

On-site Registration will be available the day of the event – $20 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

miniFun Run packet pickup and onsite registration will be available at the Running Wild Expo.
