April 29, 2023. Louisville, KY.  – GospelFest Presented by Passport Health Plan by Molina Healthcare and Republic Bank, the Kentucky Derby Festival’s gospel choir showcase, will take the stage on Sunday, April 30. The musical event returns to Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront again this year. The show begins at 6 p.m. with performances until 9 p.m. Admission is a 2023 Pegasus Pin.

Packed with powerful performances, GospelFest will showcase choirs from around the region and includes performances by Jesse D. Williams & Total Praise (St. Louis, MO), Jamar Esaw & Triad 4 Christ (Nashville, TN), Young Men for Christ (Detroit, MI), and Antwan Jenkins & Campfire (Indianapolis, IN).  Local church choirs, praise teams and solo acts from St. Stephen Baptist Church, Northeast Christian Church, The Believer’s Church, Greater Faith Church of Deliverance, Kingdom Fellowship Christian Life Center and many more will also be in the spotlight.
