Four Roses Cocktail Recipe: The Perfect Pear

Mixologist: Jason Stark

A tantalizingly fruity twist on the iconic Mint Julep that won 2020 Rose Julep Cocktail Competition’s People’s Choice Award at Festival Unveiled.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
  • 1 fl oz Spiced Red Anjou Pear Riesling Syrup
  • 1/4 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash(es) Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
  • 1/2 fl oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake.
Top with 1 oz Ale 8, and stir.
Double strain into a julep cup full of crushed ice.

Four Roses Cocktail Recipe: The Side Eye

Mixologist: Giacomo Ciminello

A blend of fruity tasting notes and a smooth, long finish won this cocktail 2020 Rose Julep Cocktail Competition’s Judges’ Choice Award at Festival Unveiled.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
  • 1/2 fl oz Branca Mentha
  • 1/4 fl oz Monin Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash(es) Cacao Spray
  • 1 sprig Mint Leaves
  • 1 Dried Orange Wheel

Pack glass lightly with crushed ice. Add all ingredients to glass.
Stir and/or swizzle.
Pack hard with crushed ice.
Spray with creme de cacao.
Garnish with dried orange wheel and mint sprig.
