Event Fees & Sponsors
There is a $5,000 Event Fee to be included as an Official Kentucky Derby Festival Event. (The Kentucky Derby Festival defines a Contract Event as any event that is produced by or in conjunction with external producers/partners.) As part of this fee, the "Contract Event" will receive 500 customized and commemorative metal pins. The fee also covers the Event’s incorporation into the Festival’s Official Schedule, a webpage and link on the Festival’s website, as well as other promotion as part of being an Official Event of the Kentucky Derby Festival. If a Contract Event is not able to pay the fee, they may apply for assistance through a grant with the Kentucky Derby Festival’s Foundation.

All sponsorships including monetary and in-kind sponsorship must be coordinated in conjunction with Kentucky Derby Festival.
