This form is the first step to becoming a participating winery at the 2026 Commonwealth Credit Union Kentucky Derby Festival WineFest. This event will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Mellwood Art Center. This showcase of Kentucky and Indiana Wineries has become a Derby Week staple for both local and out of town participants throughout the years. This event is limited to 24 Wineries and participants will be accepted on a first come basis. The application deadline is Friday, February 27th, 2026. *Application Submission is not guarantee of acceptance
