Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville entry is a 2026 Pegasus Pin!
The ULTIMATE ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE featuring concerts with local and regional acts, family fun, food, kids’ inflatable playground, midway rides and more.
Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront will return for its 20th year in 2026. Sponsored by Kroger, the party starts on the Great Lawn and runs through Derby Eve. It promises to have something for everyone – and admission is free with a 2026 Pegasus Pin.
The 900,000-square-foot venue will host several Festival events, including the L&N Federal Credit Union Great Balloon Glows, Chow Wagon, GospelFest Presented by Passport by Molina Healthcare and Republic Bank, NeighMaste on the Waterfront, Ohio Valley Wrestling Run for the Ropes, HappyTail Hour, Ken-Ducky Derby and more.
Fest-a-Ville also offers a wide variety of activities for children, featuring midway-area and attractions at Pegasus Play-Ville Presented by Norton Children’s, including merry-go-round, ships ahoy, a giant slide and much more.
Cincinnati Helicopters LLC will also offer daily helicopter rides from the Harbor Lawn at Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville. Running from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. throughout the event, this experience provides a unique view of the Louisville waterfront and downtown skyline. Guests can choose between a three-to-four-minute flight for $40 per person or a more extensive six-to-eight-minute experience for $75 per person. To make it a family-friendly excursion, a $5 discount is available for children, ensuring fans of all ages can experience the thrill of the Festival from above.
From the opening day ribbon-cutting to Derby Eve, Fest-a-Ville will be the downtown destination at Kentucky Derby Festival time.
