Norton Sports Health Training Program Kick-Off

This free Marathon and miniMarathon training program features 14 weeks of runs and 16 weeks of training tips and preparation. Trainees have the opportunity to talk with professionals about nutrition, training tips, injury prevention and education.

Each person who participates in the training program also receives a free training packet, a technical shirt, an overview of the Marathon and miniMarathon; and an opportunity to take part in a Q&A session with guest speakers.

NOTE: Only the first 700 who pre-register and attend the January 17 Orientation are guaranteed a FREE technical shirt.
