April 25, 2014. Louisville, KY. – Multi-platinum rock band Everclear will perform at Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville on Saturday, April 26. The show is set for 9 p.m.
Formed in Portland, Oregon in 1992, Everclear’s career spans more than 20 years. Some of their hits include, “Santa Monica,” “Everything to Everyone,” “Father of Mine,” and “Wonderful.” Admission to the concert is a 2014 Pegasus Pin. That same night, from 4-7 PM, U.S. military personnel with a valid ID get free entry to the venue.
The FREE concerts continue with Celebration Sunday on April 27 featuring Audio Adrenaline with special guests Kutless, Finding Favour, Shine Bright Baby, and Carrollton; Ohio Players and Original Lakeside take to the stage on Tuesday, April 29; Sam Roberts Band with LEAGUES is Wednesday, April 30. Nearly 30 free concerts with local and regional talent will also be featured on the Miller Lite Music Stage inside the Chow Wagon at Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville.
Kroger’s Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront runs through Friday, May 2. The venue will once again be located at Waterfront Park. Fest-A-Ville is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. This ultimate entertainment experience offers national concerts, family fun, food vendors, a children’s inflatable playground, midway rides and more. Kroger is title sponsor of the event, with contributing sponsor Miller Lite.
Since 1956, the Derby Festival has worked to bring the community together in celebration. The Festival is an independent community organization supported by 4,000 volunteers, 400 businesses and civic groups, Pegasus Pin sponsorships and event participation. This involvement has made the Festival the largest single attended event in Kentucky and one of the leading community celebrations in the world.
