Celebrating its 30th year, the Dare to Care Food Bank “Taste of Derby Festival” will be held Tuesday,April 25th, 5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. in the Hall of Fame Pavilion at Louisville Slugger Field.
Sponsored by Brown-Forman Corporation, the “Taste of Derby Festival” is one of the most popular events of the Kentucky Derby Festival and the largest fundraising event for Dare to Care Food Bank. Sample extraordinary fare from over 60 of Louisville’s finest restaurants and beverage companies!
Guests will experience good food, bourbon tasting and wine tasting.. Last year, the “People’s Choice Award” was won by Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse for a third year in a row. Attendees will be eligible to participate in a silent auction with items donated from all over Kentuckiana. Come and enjoy the Kentucky Derby Festival’s exquisite “Taste of Derby Festival” event. After April 16th, tickets will be $90 each. All proceeds stay local to help struggling Kentuckiana families.
