May 1, 2017 Louisville, KY. – WellCare of Kentucky, a subsidiary of WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE:WCG), returns in 2017 as Presenting Sponsor of the Kentucky Derby Festival’s annual Health Fair. This annual event promotes healthy families and healthy lifestyles, by offering free health screenings and valuable health information for children and families. The Health Fair is tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Kentucky Exposition Center in South Wing C. It will be held in conjunction with the Republic Bank Pegasus Parade Preview Party.
This year’s event will feature health screenings from KentuckyOne Health, including stroke risk assessment, hands-only CPR demos and acupuncture demos. A giant inflatable heart and colon will be on display. There will be a blood drive for the Kentucky Blood Center, and anyone who donates blood will receive a Pegasus Pin and a t-shirt. American Senior Community, Bluegrass Pain, Fleet Feet, Kentuckiana Air Education and the Kornhauser Library will also be in attendance, along with many others.

Admission to the Health Fair is a 2017 Pegasus Pin, which is available for $6 at local retailers or $7 at the entrance to the event.
