DERBY FESTIVAL TO OPEN MINI & MARATHON REGISTRATION ON NATIONAL RUNNING DAY

June 3, 2019. Louisville, KY. – Kentucky Derby Festival is celebrating National Running Day in a big way, by opening registration for the 2020 Humana miniMarathon and Marathon earlier than ever on June 5. Registration opens at 9 AM EDT on June 5, with special discounted rates and offers in the first 24 hours.
“On National Running Day, we’re hitting the ground running for 2020,” said Shanna Ward, Race Director. “It’s the perfect opportunity for runners to get a great deal on registration prices and guarantee their spot in the 2020 race.”
- On June 5, from 9 AM EDT until the following morning at 9 AM EDT on June 6, registration will be offered at the following rates:
$50 for the mini
$60 for the Marathon
Plus, the first 500 to register will receive a FREE Safety Light Armband. EVERYONE who registers during the first 24 hours receives 15% off shoes and running apparel from Swags Sport Shoes (good through July 5th).
The 2020 miniMarathon and Marathon are set for Saturday, April 25, 2020. It’s the largest annual day of road racing in Kentucky. It will mark the 47th annual miniMarathon and 19th annual Marathon.
