$1 MILLION PRIZE STILL UP FOR GRABS
April 28, 2026. Louisville, KY. – The $1 million prize is still up for grabs in the Stock Yards Bank Kentucky Derby Festival $1 Million Dollar Hole-In-One Golf Contest. No one has aced Hole #8 at Seneca Golf Course, though a Louisville man came closest on Tuesday night.
The 52nd golfer in the Finals to take a swing at $1 million was the winner of the first prize. Jeremy Milam of Louisville was nearest to the pin, hitting his tee 5 feet 2 1/4 inches from the cup, and winning the $5,000 prize. This was Milam’s fourth time making it to the finals in the Derby Festival golf event.
“This was definitely the most incredible golf moment I’ve ever had,” said Milam. “I’ve never had a hole-in-one, except for the one during qualifying rounds, but this will be tough to top until I win the million.” Milam says he plans to keep trying to get the $1 million prize.
It was a cloudy and cool evening for the Finals competition at Seneca, as 56 Finalists took their shot at $1 million. Any golfer who made a hole-in-one during the qualifying rounds automatically qualified for the Finals and a shot at $1 million. Any amateur player was eligible to enter. Everyone from scratch golfers to duffers took a swing at qualifying.
