Run a Virtual Race

Download and color a note for the essential workers in your neighborhood! Print and hang up in your window, leave in a mailbox, bring to the grocery store, tag someone on social, or email to a friend.

(Essential workers include doctors, nurses, EMTs and other Health Care workers, Sanitation workers, Transportation workers like the Mailman, Grocery Story clerks, Pharmacy workers, restaurant workers, Policemen, Firefighters and more!)

Make it a family adventure – explore parts of your neighborhood you haven’t seen before or challenge each other to a distance competition (who can bike the farthest?). Just be sure to observe safety rules for the road and always wear a bike helmet!
