Jeremy selflessly gives of his time to veterans throughout Kentuckiana. Some of the services Jeremy and Veteran’s Club are able to provide are food recourses for homeless veterans, equine therapy, and more. Jeremy is leading a project called Camp Restoration, which repurposes shipping containers to be used as housing for homeless veterans and their families. Not only does Jeremy focus his time and talents of personally connecting with individuals in need, but he is very active in his church and men’s ministries and takes this message into our state’s prison system to demonstrate his faith and provide hope for inmates. ⁠

The Goodwins created the Noel J. Goodwin Scholarship Fund 17 years ago in memory of their son who lost his battle with cancer. Through the scholarship fund, they’ve turned their own tragedy into blessings for others. They’ve helped the most in-need population, including students in their community and within Jefferson County Public Schools. Their work has continued throughout 2020.⁠
