I further acknowledge that my role as a member of the Kentucky Derby Festival Board of Directors is contingent upon meeting the Responsibilities and Obligations of a Board Member as allowed by the bylaws and policies, as well as continued contributions of “time, talent, and/or treasure” toward the accomplishment of the Kentucky Derby Festival’s mission. I understand that Board Members’ service, commitment, and participation on the Board of Directors will be reviewed annually by the Nominations Committee and Board Leadership and that failure to fulfill my role as a Board Member may be grounds for termination from the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Derby Festival.
